Warranty
What's covered, in writing.
What warranty comes with a Rock Water pool?
Every build includes a written warranty schedule delivered with your proposal - before you sign, not buried in paperwork after. It covers the shell, interior finish, and equipment separately, with the manufacturer terms and coverage windows spelled out in writing.
How long is the pool shell warrantied?
Fiberglass shells carry a manufacturer structural warranty of 25+ years and routinely last 35+. Concrete (gunite) shells are engineered and stamped to your site's soil report, with the structural coverage terms detailed in your written warranty schedule at proposal.
What about the interior finish and equipment?
Concrete interior finishes - StoneScapes, PebbleSheen, polished quartz, or plaster - carry a 25-year manufacturer warranty. Pentair and Hayward equipment (pump, filter, automation, sanitizer) is covered by an 18-month equipment warranty from install.
Do you handle warranty service after the build?
Yes. Warranty support is part of our ongoing service relationship, alongside seasonal openings, closings, and routine maintenance - see Lifetime Partnership, the last step in our process below.
