The brief
A Tega Cay family wanted a pool installed before summer, low-maintenance, and integrated with a spa - without the 18+ week timeline of a concrete build.
The build
A premium 16×36 fiberglass shell installed in ten weeks total, including permitting and the integrated spa shell at the south end.
Travertine coping and decking with planted privacy beds along the property line. LED lighting in pool, spa, and deck. Hayward AquaRite saltwater system.
The fiberglass shell shape was selected for its tanning shelf and built-in bench seating - the family wanted both without paying for custom gunite work.
